I think the last three or four times I tried to get my car washed I drive all the way there and they have the pylon in front of their entrance. You never know if they are going to be open for business. I wish you would do your maintenance after hours. I'm tired of never knowing what to expect, so I'm going to get my car washed elsewhere.

My favourite automatic carwash. Love that you can just pay through the app as well
Maybe as a business if you are not open: Don’t keep the door wide open and the open light on. Rude as well. Will not be contributing in the future to this business
