I do not recommend using this repair service. I visited them regarding an issue with excessive wear on my trailer tires, pointing out the probable cause—air loss in the air bags—and also asked them to perform a lube job on both the truck and the trailer. The result: 1. They charged me for a diagnostic check for air leaks, yet reported that no leaks were found; however, two weeks later, I visited a shop in my hometown, and they immediately discovered leaks in two of the trailer's air bags... 2. TA Tire Services really came through when I needed them. As a truck driver, downtime matters, and these guys understand that. The tire techs were knowledgeable, professional, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. They explained what was going on, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and did solid, honest work.
