The mechanic named Nicholas here is a true professional and one of the hardest working techs I have seen on the road. He got me taken care of as quick as he could and was extremely helpful. I don’t often write reviews but when credit is due I have to give it.

The mechanic was professional and treated me with respect. The evening front desk staff and the evening technicians were also friendly and helpful. My experience with the morning front desk employee, the woman who wears glasses, was completely different. I felt I was treated in a discriminatory and disrespectful manner. I reported my concerns to the manager, but after speaking with her, nothing changed and my complaint was not taken seriously. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. This is like the 5th TA/Petro that ive tried from phoenix to Spokane that CAN'T replace the high pressure switch on my ac. Why advertise AC services if you don't do them?

I do not recommend using this repair service. I visited them regarding an issue with excessive wear on my trailer tires, pointing out the probable cause—air loss in the air bags—and also asked them to perform a lube job on both the truck and the trailer. The result: 1. They charged me for a diagnostic check for air leaks, yet reported that no leaks were found; however, two weeks later, I visited a shop in my hometown, and they immediately discovered leaks in two of the trailer's air bags... 2.
