Called Terry Monday morning about a blocked drain. He came out and fixed the problem on the same day. Was very happy with the price and service. He also, had a young man with him (I am assuming an apprentice) and I was very impressed with how Terry showed him what to do and spoke to him in a clear and calm way. They were both very kind to my young daughter who insisted on watching the whole thing. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Terry and the team, He helped us problem solve a few large issues with our new bathroom and all worked out top notch. Matt who also attended site each time for rough in and fit off was also great to deal with and made sure everything was setup spot on. Would definitely recommend TAPS
Terry and his team fixed my blocked loo which probably came about from a prior owner renovating the bathroom and allowing mortar to accrue in the pipes. TAPS cleared it without dismantling (which would have meant access holes) and gave suggestions for future avoidance of any recurrence. Great service.
