I work in a shared building with these asswipes! I hear they also run a business somewhere out in The Hamptons. They don't pay their bills and FINALLY got evicted (THANK GOD) but completely TRASHED and Deliberately, structurally damaged the building they STILL owe SEVERAL months of unpaid rent for.
