We bought a lot in Governors Towne club and interviewed 4-5 builders and felt most comfortable with T.A. Mathieu and glad we did. Patrick is a very talented guy who guided us thru the process. His billing process was clear not motivated by expanding my costs and easily reconcilable by myself before funds were released. I found him honest and trustworthy. Patrick is a true craftsman. He has an eye for color, proportion, tasteful beauty- of both indoor and outdoor spaces. He pays great attention to detail, down to every fixture. My favorite aspect of his building style is his generous use of windows to bathe the home in natural light.
T.A. Mathieu Construction built our dream home. They helped select all the colors, tiles, trim, etc. They tweaked the architectural designs on site to meet our requests. It was like having a high end designer and builder all rolled into one. The county inspector told me they had never seen a home built so well and that he has been doing this over 20 years.
