When our original builder left us with empty plots of land, Tom came in and saved the day. He started on our two new builds without missing a beat. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and organized. Tom built us solid homes at a reasonable price-point. I would definitely work with Tom again!

We bought our home in 2020 and listed it for sale in 2026. To be honest, in 2020, I did not have a good experience with the company. As of 2026, we never had an issue with the sump pump, but it constantly came up on buyer inspections as being improperly installed. I took a chance and called TA Liesy so see if that was still under warranty, not expecting much. We have had a wonderful experience with TA Liesy homes since we bought our beautiful custom home in 2019. Tom Liesy is the best builder we have worked with. He was so thorough during the orientation and answered all our questions in detail and provided very useful information about maintenance and general upkeep of the house. I bought my first house that was built by TA Liesy homes and I am very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. Tom and Kaleb were very helpful and communicative during the whole process. Would highly recommend buying a home from them!
