Completely left the road surrounding the home they built demolished and unpaved. On the day they were supposed to pave the road, they poured gravel out but did not smoothen it, leaving huge potholes and divots making it near impossible to drive through and potentially damaging your vehicle. Multiple homes in the neighborhood were affected by messy, lazy construction.
Don't buy a home from this builder. Claims to offer a warranty but doesn't follow through with it. When he finally came to our house to view some shoddy work that needed to be redone, he said he'd get a crew to address it. He lied, it's been 5 months now... no one came to fix the problem and Tom has been impossible to get a hold of.
I would not recommend this builder. There is no professionalism and poor craftsmanship. It’s impossible to get ahold of customer service. They have not upheld their 1 year warranty touch-up. I had multiple locations where the sheetrock was poorly installed and not painted. The subcontractors they seem like they cut corners and do not finish their job. Customer from March 2020
