Great customer service. Waiting for a quotation on their SDT for 20 days by now. Also they've changed their operations to only Tuesdays and Thursdays
I have purchase more than 8 TA systems and they used to have good customer service. However, since they were bought by Waters be ready to talk to a computer when you call customer service.
