I want to give Elaine at T.A. Gentry a great big shout out for the excellent effort she put in to ensure that my new walk in shower project got done in a timely manner. She contacted all the right contractors and suppliers to get the job done. Even when there was a hiccup she was my champion in getting it cleared up. I have another part of the bathroom that needs attention and Elaine will be getting my business again.
Ordering sinks and faucets was made less stressful with the help of Gwen. She was patient with me as I made decisions. And provided quick responses to my questions and requests. I am very satisfied with the quality of the items we ordered.
Ask for Gwen! I purchased a kitchen sink and faucet from TA Gentry six years ago. Recently, there was a small issue with the faucet. In spite of the fact that I didn't have my receipt, Gwen went above and beyond not only to find documentation but to contact the manufacturer on my behalf. I now have a perfectly working faucet at no extra cost. Customer service and quality product is a winning combination.
