Staff are friendly and motivating, making each visit enjoyable. The cleanliness and organization really stand out. A reliable place to maintain a healthy routine.

TA Fitness is one of those gyms you walk into once and immediately think, “Yep… this is where I’m coming from now on.” It’s challenging, fun, supportive, and genuinely one of the best places for becoming stronger in ways traditional gyms just can’t match. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a unique fitness experience or dreams of competing like a Ninja Warrior.
TA Fitness in Plymouth is an amazing gym where kids, teens, and adults can learn and practice to become American Ninja Warriors. They have great coaches who care about athletes of all levels. We've had excellent experiences taking level-ninja and teen-strength classes, attending camps, birthday parties, and competitions, and practicing independently during open gym times.
My son joined TA fitness Plymouth in 2023. He LOVES it! And I absolutely love it too! Friendly environment, amazing staff, wonderful kids. Since joining, my son’s confidence has flourished and he is becoming an incredible ninja warrior. I cannot praise this place enough. The community there is outstanding and the coaches make my son feel right at home.
