Office lady was super rude but warehouse worker were nice.
Very disappointing experience. I believe the employee’s name was Tesa. From the moment I checked in, she was rude and unprofessional. My paperwork showed FCFS, but I was told I needed an appointment or 24-hour notice for early delivery. After my company contacted the facility, they agreed to unload the truck. I waited about 25 minutes, and when I politely asked where to submit my paperwork, I received another rude response. There was no reason to speak to people that way. Professional communication and respect go a long way.
Ladies in the office will get your paperwork to you quick. Tony is always a great destresser too. He'll talk to you like your an old friend and get you loaded quick. Stress free loading, in and out in about 20 minutes unless you gotta chain down some coils.
