I was always just going through the motions in the gym until I came here. Once I started coming here my fitness improved drastically compared to where I was before. If you’re looking to take your exercise to the next level the Bodyshop is the place to do it!
Ant is quite literally the only reason I started going to gym and in all reality probably the only reason I am as healthy as I currently am. Health is indeed wealth and you learn that at the door here. It’s a family vibe in this place that is unmatched. Whether you’re looking for 1 on 1 training, an online class, or a diet program he and his team do it all. If he doesn’t he’ll learn and cater to ya needs!!
