Bad customer service. The warranty they offer is wishy washy and they'll do anything not to answer your calls when u purchase an appliance that doesn't work
We bought a fridge freezer from T3M a couple of weeks ago and whilst the original appliance had issues. I wanted to leave a review based on how they handled the issue. They sent out a tech twice to correct the issue then replaced the appliance with a similar item. I do hope we don't have issues with the new appliance we've only had it a few days, so time will tell, but if we do, I have every confidence this team will do the right thing by their customer., And I would not hesitate to use them again. Needed to replace a washer the staff was extremely friendly and helpful got a washer at a good price with free delivery same day would highly recommend this place
I couldn't find the part for my washing machine anywhere, I found it in this store, the service was fast and excellent. I highly recommend.
