I’ve been working out for years and have trained at gyms in four different states — and this is by far the BEST gym I’ve ever joined. The equipment is top-notch, the space is always clean, and the atmosphere is motivating without ever feeling intimidating. The childcare is a total game-changer. I want to like this gym. The employees are nice people. But I have 3 big issues. This is the most expensive gym in Temple and their monthly membership fee just went up! As the most expensive gym I expect better. 1. There are several televisions scattered throughout the gym. There are 6 in the cardio area. All of the televisions are almost always on a screen screensaver. I do cardio almost every day and I’m staring at six purple screens with nothing on them. Great Place with a variety of Great Fitness Classes. The staff is very customer service excellent; especially the owner Ike Shaw. He communicates with the patrols, values their feedback & provides answers. I get a great workout, hit the sauna, infra red cocoon, hydro massage, a tasty coffee or protein shake, all at one stop; T3 Fitness. AND… you can’t beat the price. Seriously! I love this place. From a satisfied Veteran.

Has the best equipment selection I've seen in Bell or Williamson County, period. Puts Gold and Crunch and all the others to shame.
