I joined the adult fitness program, Emily did a wonderful job of introducing me and setting me up with an individual trainer (Mike) for my goals of building up some muscle and mass. I definitely hit my goals and passed em very quickly with Mike! He spent his time making sure I was doing things correctly and safely which I really appreciated.
The athletic training is remarkable at T3! From the beginning stages of fundamentals all the way to the elite stages! Many of their trainers have worked with my kids and their friends. Kody is a blessing, working with them to put everything into perspective fielding and batting. I absolutely love Caity with her immense customer service skills at the front desk; always available to assist with scheduling. Brad is so accommodating with all of our trainings and linking us to the best training.
Beautiful Athletic Facility for Athletes of all ages and skill levels! Very much appreciate how helpful and kind Caity is at the front desk. She does a great job making an excellent 1st impression when you walk through the door. Coach Dale has built a very impressive Football Program with an awesome staff.
Beautiful facility and a badass staff! Trainers pay attention on detail to take to the next level. Money well spent
