Great spot to take adult fitness classes. They offer Adult Fit at a variety of different times throughout the week, which gives you a good full body mix of strength, cardio, and mobility with a variety of equipment for an hour. It is a workout where you can progress over time and avoid getting bored. Great place, some parts still under construction
This place is ran great! My nephew is in the flag football program and whether your kid is just starting out or has experience this is a fun, positive, & competitive place to go! They also use an app to communicate, keep history of the scores, & standings. This is our 1st year and will be returning most definitely! Highly recommended!
