Very disappointing experience. I booked manicure and pedicure appointments for my mom and me a day in advance, but when we arrived, all the staff were busy with other customers. We were told the wait would be 5–10 minutes, but we’ve now been waiting 45 minutes with no service. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored? Very unprofessional and frustrating.
