We are Group Functional Fitness at it's Finest! We are a family friendly gym where we value friendships, community and Faith! All of our classes are coach lead, small (under 12 clients) beginner friendly and full of variety! If you are looking for a fast paced, high energy, fun, safe always changing fitness program that burns fat and build muscles we are your gym! Lift weights, push sleds, flip tires, run, jump, row, bike and get pumped up!

Sonny has an amazing gym with a great community! The workouts will challenge and shape you. His enthusiasm and love of fitness is apparent in every class ♥️
Very supportive environment! I’ve seen all fitness levels come through here. The boot camp is an easier version of cross training and it will get you into shape.
So far this has been a great experience. Gym is very clean. Trainers are very nice and always there to assist. Hands down the best gym.
T3 CrossFit headed by Sonny is a great place to do work out and training. Support from team and attention from Sonny keeps us moving forward to reach our goal. I am happy that I found this center. I’ll definitely recommend my friends and family!!
I've only been coming here for a couple of weeks, but thus far it has been an awesome experience. The workouts are tough and everyone pushes you to go harder. Sonny and Cheryl as well as the other trainers are doing a magnificent job! If you're looking for a fun, tough, friendly and family oriented training environment, then this is where you want to be!
