I went to several tire companies concerning my tire rim and I was given so much false information. I was referred to Mike. I contacted him on Wednesday evening and went to his shop that next took. Took care of me in a few hours. Great customer service, knowledgeable and affordable. I would definitely recommend him.
Outstanding work by Mike and his team. Very personable. Great customer service. I had 2 very badly bent rims due to the potholes and 2 slightly bent rims. Mike and team fixed the 4 of them. I took my BMW wheel to these guys after I hit a pothole on I-285 NW. At the time, the dent was so big that the run flat tire would not stay attached to the wheel! Mike was professional as I called him and he answered! He gave me the general estimate over the phone. I took the wheel to the back of the shop, they tested it for warpness and assured me that it was fixable. These guys have the tools and equipment to get it done! Mike is the textbook definition of customer service. We cracked two wheels on my Tesla and he worked tirelessly to make them better than new! One was so bad we needed to replace it. He found us a great deal for a used replacement and refinished it to like new condition for a fraction of the price. He goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. Mike has earned my business for life!
Very nice family-owned business and very friendly. They cured a severe case of curb rash, and my wheel looks brand new now.
