I was called for a random appointment mixed up and I was scared of a thyroid ultrasound. My next appointment was mixed up again confusing me on which time to be here. I checked in 20 minutes early to not be seen for at least 1hr 30 minutes. I wasn't told lab results 3 days like promised. As a new patient, this isn't a good start. I seen a NP the 1st visit and a medical student first before the actual doctor.
