Dropped something in my condo utility closet and it just floated away! Nobody enjoys seeing unexplained water on the floor. T2Builders promptly identified the leaking pipe (HVAC condensation pipe), repaired and replaced all damaged materials which was a huge undertaking (to me). They cut away all wet materials, remediated the mold, dried everything out over several days (luckily I was out of town for the entire process), cut out and replaced carpet, replaced drywall and painted everything like new!
