I tried to purchase a transmission for my van from this individual. I paid the full cost for the part and was assured of timely shipping. He then decided that the mechanic I was set to use was "not good enough" so he demanded I use a different one. I then decided that I no longer wanted the part, mainly due to the suppliers disrespectful behaviour, he then tried to get me to go with another installer, again. I've been waiting 11 days and still no shipment of a glow plug extraction kit that I ordered. After reading these reviews my suspicions are confirmed. I'm calling my credit card company in search of a refund...
Where's my parts? Ordered on Dec 19. Order t1n-2031. Zero response from emails. Then received half of my order. Then zero response from multiple emails regarding missing parts. Then received a message on Dec 29th a label was made with tracking number. Ups has not received package. Look multiple times everyday. Email multiple times again zero response. Requested a refund or my parts and nothing. Zero customer service...!
Not sure what the heck happened here but they only sent me some of the parts I ordered, and then were impossible to get in touch with despite multiple emails and phone calls. Had to have my credit card company reverse the charges...I won't be ordering from them again.
Scamm shop , it's been 5 months and I haven't received the part or a refund , and it's over 900$ were talking about. BBB is gonna hear about this one, and I plan to stop by in person.
