only go to jenny or helen. they do a good job!! but this other lady that did my nails did it horribly. i had to basically argue with her i didn’t want a light pink because i like darker pink. that paint peeled off that night. and it took forever for them to get me into fix them and when they did fix them, they Only fix the nails that were peeling off and they did not match the other ones that did not get fixed. Today was my last visit to T Zen Nail Spa. Today was the final straw. I have been going for years, ever since they opened and their service and work has steadily gotten worse and worse, while prices have increased. I paid for a Deluxe Pedicure and what I received was below subpar at best. Nails were no properly cut or shaped. No nail hygiene to speak of, no cuticle care, no scrubbing of dead skin on the bottom of the feet. I used to like this nail salon back when it was clean; there was a receptionist who cleaned exceptionally well and kept everything organized. Now, however, the staff currently working there are absolute slobs. They perform pedicures but don't clean the chairs—they just put the basin covers back on without cleaning the insides first. They don't even know how to do a proper pedicure. The bathroom is filthy, and the dirt on the floor is absolutely horrible. This nail salon has really gone downhill.
