I wish there was an option for zero stars. My friend and I had placed an appointment for acrylics & pedicures @ 1:30pm on April 24 2024 . When we got there everything was fine ! But as soon as we sat down for our pedicures and waited 2 hours before we even had someone come to us! The place was not busy there was 3 other girls getting stuff done but all the employees were focused on them and completely ignored us. (We work across the street and we were on our lunch break.) I just moved up north from Seattle to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. After trying a couple places I wasn’t happy with, I am SO HAPPY I found T Zen. It’s so clean, organized, my feet feel so soft and look so cute. Kelly was my nail tech and she did amazing!!! Gentle and thorough, polish is perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Go to T Zen!!!
I got a pedicure done here, and had a lovely experience. 10/10 definitely recommend this place.
