Great Service - Beautiful Nails
They never have the popular OPI and DND color shades, forced to go for the same shade in gel which costs more money. On top of all this they don’t scrub and remove dead skin in pedicure which is ridiculous! What’s the point in getting a pedicure and paying like 60$? Instead people should come here for color change, actual predicate is just waste of money. Extremely dissatisfied and I’m never going back here again. I’m giving 2 stars because they offered me tea and massage chair.
I walked into the Lynnwood location and while I was waiting, a woman pointed out that she ordered the $45 set, and they charged her $120. They explained to her that they added several services on top as needed, without asking or explaining the extra costs involved. When it was my turn, I was aware of the potential of the costs to go up without my consent. So Iand pointed to the $45 full acrylic set with a polish.
