I am always super happy withy nails from this salon. They really take their time and focus on detail with designs. This is my favorite go-to in Lynnwood!
Place is clean and relax on the week days which I is what I like. I enjoyed my me time that they do not talk to me after the color and shape been picked. They also use online appt system which is easier for me to arrange my schedule without calling. I have been here several times and will return again.
Super nice people. VERY clean and organized. Great services with friendly and helpful options and upgrades. Highly recommend!
The customer service here is incredibly poor. They assign random wait times based on their mood and are completely unprofessional. If I had an option to give 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation. I thought it was just me, but the person who came after me mentioned the same thing on their way out, indicating that this is a recurring issue.
