I believe this place is a scam. They said the inspection cost of $200 would apply to the future work. They came and said there was no issue we just needed to buy a new cover. We bought the new cover and paid them $200 for the assessment, but the issue persisted for 3 weeks. When we asked someone to come back to reassess and find the issue, they said we needed to pay $220 this time and that only this new assessment would apply to the future repair work, not the original payment.
