T Williams Roofing had someone unannounced, knock on my door asking if I would let them do a roof inspection. I was reluctant, as I just had an inspection less than a year ago. I agreed and they were scheduled to come out today. He texted and asked if I would like for them to still come; I said nothing b/c of the weather. Since I didn't take him up on rescheduling, he became very sarcastic and UNPROFESSIONAL pushing for me to have someone out tomorrow, and sent me this text. Not about their work but one of their trucks backed right out in front me this morning. He saw me but just kept backing out of the driveway. Need to check who they let drive a company truck.
Tom replaced the roof on our house a couple of years ago and very importantly worked closely with the insurance company to get their approval. Awesome job by his team and done in record time. Then came Hurricane Beryl which did considerable damage to our shopping center in Conroe. Again, Tom got involved in a big way with the insurance company and got us a beautiful new roof.
