Tom and Kyle came by same day to assess a bathtub leak. Luckily it was a simple fix but they addressed all my questions professionally. I will definitely reach back out for future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!
I called Sunday evening in the middle of a storm. Tom answered. My water pump was not working properly. Someone came this morning Monday. Will be back this afternoon with a new pump. I am very impressed by the quality of the service. Thank you T..Williams for providing prompt and very good service.

Never again. Tom is rude and arrogant and hugely overpriced. Not even maybe would I use this company again. I would hire out of Ottawa if they were the last resort.
The technician Kyle who came out did an awesome job on our new dishwasher installation in our new build home. We won't hesitate to call them again in the future. There arn't too many honest and reliable companies out there anymore, but this company is definitely reliable and honest. Great value and great job T. Williams! Thanks!
