I felt it was about time I did a review about this garage. I purchased a car from here in April 2022 for roughly £22,000 after the interest was added. I took out the extended warranty cover for 3 years with RAC via the garage too, for peace of mind should I have any problems. At a guess, the car has probably been back into this garage roughly 20 times for one thing and another. Absolutely terrible garage, had 2 repairs of clutch and had the car less than 6 months, yet they’ve repaired it and “never replicated the fault” then why would you replace it twice… no common sense. Poor management from Chris and Andy who completely outright says no to vehicle rejection when I have the grounds to do so. After buying a real good quality used Ford approximately three years ago from T.Wall garage in Pensnett, I can honestly say I have nothing but praise for all the members of their team who I have had contact with over the years....Really pleasant and helpful people! Along with this, the service engineers have always done a good job looking after my car! Thanks T Wall! 👍
