We collected our new car from T Wall Garages and received a 5 star service from every member of the sales team we dealt with. Its clear that a good culture is encouraged within the business and there is a positive and happy atmosphere within the place. Our sales executive (Mark) was extremely friendly and professional and we can recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Vauxhall.
I would rate 0 our of 5 if possible. I am very, very disappointed with the service of this garage. My disabled mother purchased a car and after less than a week the battery failed and she was broken down in merry hill car park alone. She called to ask for help and various members of staff were rude. Then more problems occurred these included media unit broke, alternator belt failed and an oil leak by the gearbox. Read my review before buying a car from this garage. I purchased a second hand car recently from here. I have had several problems with it. It came with a damaged wing mirror which they keep ignoring, although i have raised it 3 times. After a week it broke down at merry hill, I had to be jump started and taken back to the garage and have a new battery fitted, I was sat in my wheel chair waiting for help.
