Great easy to find
Had a minor service and update on my car, phone call day before asking what time I would be dropping the car off, I stated 8:00 great was the reply & I will work on it straight away. Dropped off at 8:00 first one in the query, told by Sophie cannot wait for it, told get it back mid afternoon, phoned at 13:30 as I know it had not been worked on, they started working on my car at 14:00 how do I know because my tracker went off, they finished my car at 15:00 but not notified till 16:15 that the my was ready, I was lucky that I ... read more
My niece purchased a car from these in December and had nothing but trouble. It's been back 3 individual times, 11 weeks in total.. They just keep fobbing her off that the cars fine, but it's become so unreasonable that she's had to park it up and rely on others to take her places. My advice to anyone would be do not purchase a car from them. It's a shame they have not done the honourable thing and taken the car back.
