Paid $3,200 for king pins, drums, hubs, bearings, and an alignment because they have about a 3-month warranty. 500 miles later, the truck is broken again. When I tried to use the warranty, they blamed me, claimed I "hit a pothole," and demanded 4 more hours of labor. They do atrocious work, refuse to take accountability, and will happily screw you over to protect their bottom line. Avoid at all costs.
had a trailer tire issue, recieved quote from t and w tire at one location and went to this location. The invoice was $100 more for one 15 inch trailer tire and they marked up the aluminum rim. charged me $15 for a valve stem cap. Got charged $50 to balance tire and I am not sure that they did that because the original stick on wheel weights were still on the rim not moved.
