Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
Just bought 5 tires for my new boat trailer. Seeing as they had 0 customers should have been a sign. During the service 1 of the lugs was snapped off. Rather than coming and saying hey 1 of the lugs is being stubborn or even trying to spray it with penentrant they just stepped up to the largest impact and snapped it off. The manager then explained this is my problem and they were not at fault. I even offered to pay for the fix but was told parts weren't available and they don't do that.
