I called for help with a lawn mower issue and I got nothing but an attitude. No wonder why they have 2 stars.
Dropped our tractor off for tune up. Technician pointed out that the belt was frayed and would need to be replaced. Left tractor for 2 weeks. When we got the tractor home it did not run. My husband checked and found the frayed belt off. Called to inquire. Was told belt wasn't noted? They changed the oil, spark plugs, filters, and performed overall service for $300 + and no one thought to mention the belt needed to be replaced???? They sent the tractor home NOT working.
