Terrible experience – absolutely not recommended. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM, but they didn’t start loading me until 4:00 PM. During that time, the staff asked me more than five times where the load was going, even though the information was already provided. The loading process was repeatedly stopped because pickup trucks arrived, and they started loading them instead. When I asked the forklift driver why he stopped loading me, he said that the supervisor told him to stop my load and prioritize others. This is extreme... read more
