Tom is great. Bought a used car from here a few weeks ago. Tom disclosed some minor issues with the car and met me at my first fair offer. Made the buying process transparent and friendly. Few days later the minor issue ended up being something more seroius than either of us could diagnose on the spot. Tom was immedietly apologetic and offered to do what it took to make it right. Couple weeks later when the fix was done, he went above and beyond what could ever be expected from a used car seller. Can't say enough nice things... read more
