T &W air conditioning arrived just two hours after I called. Mr T. Diagnosed the issue and made the repair in less than an hour. I think his price was very fair. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who air conditioner issues. Thanks again!
Can't recommend enough. T was able to come out the same morning I called, and was willing to teach as he worked. Will absolutely be using T&W in the future for any major AC work.
My A/C went out and I called T&W on Saturday at 8 a.m. A technician came at noon, diagnosed the problem, and repaired my unit. He didn't attempt to sell me anything and was efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
Late on a Friday (of course), I realized my AC was out of refrigerant. First thing Saturday morning, I called T&W and explained the situation. About an hour after that call, "T" was at my house. After making an assessment and ensuring I didn't have a leak, he recharged the system and was gone about an hour after he arrived. The service was courteous, highly competent, thorough and quick.
