My sister hasn't had A/C now for 2 months because T&W can't figure out what the problem is. Every time they go to her place they fix it and it works for a few days. She had called them four or five times and each time they came out it was something different. The AC system is only 2 and 1/2 years old she shouldn't be having this problem.She's 81 years old and the temperature in her house was 83 degrees today. I will be headed down to her place next month and I will find someone who knows what they're doing.
T is a very knowledgeable friendly and professional tech he's part owner and he gives a very good deal very good warranty and all-around good service I give him I give him a four star you always answer the phone and he made sure I understood everything completely

Great sevices, didn't try to upsell, and actually went through identifying the problem and fixing it. I'll call them back for all future AC maintenance and repairs.
