Tim arrived a couple of day after my call in order to attend to 3 small jobs. Then, after having to get some new parts, he got on to complete the work.The small jobs he did took no more than two hours, so it wasn't rocket science and didn't need reams of paper in order to give a quote. He failed to give this,( or at the least an estimate ) for doing the work before starting !! I'm sure he guessed the final bill total from the way he went about it !!
