I've been a regular customer for the past 6 years and have never had a single complaint, jobs were always done right the first time. As a Marine I've appreciated their support of our annual Toys For Tots Ride. By the way this year's ride is Saturday Oct 31st beginning at T Town Harley Davison.
I had an emergency while traveling and T-Town Harley-Davidson in Cottondale, AL went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Huge thanks to Tyler, Ryan, and the blonde gentleman who took the time to talk with me and truly made me feel valued, not just like another customer. Bought the blue RG the GM or owner oust to own. I assume handle bars and footboards were taken off of it and originals were put back. Well come to find out the bolts they remained holding the floorboards on were loose and several were missing! The handle bars that were replaced, well the clutch cable was routed wrong and ended melting on the header pipe when turned to lock right and many broken holding tabs(replaced with zip ties) that held wiring and the clutch cable. Great dealership, the guys go out of their way to make sure you feel like part of the family. When I went to this dealership, I told them I was just looking Checking prices, The manager told me when he gave me a price either, I’m going buy a bike or when I left I’m gonna regret not buying a bike. Need to say the price they give me with all the benefits I bought a bike.
