If you want to remain safe, do not purchase a car from this garage. I purchased a vehicle 3 months ago from this dealer, so far I have spent £2000 on repairing it. The ‘warranty’ doesn’t mean anything as they refuse to help. I was driving down the M1 & the car suddenly began to overheat with no warning from the engine management. That is because it had been wiped to hide all faults, obviously so they could sell the vehicle. I also had my newborn baby in the car. I had such a fantastic experience buying my car from this place. From the moment I arrived to look at a specific vehicle, Neil was brilliant — helpful, genuine, and made the whole process feel easy and transparent. I saw a car here i liked and proceeded to apply for finance. Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of the guys at TTS they were unable to get finance with their lenders. However I truly appreciated them trying. I did eventually find a vehicle and finance elsewhere but still a bit disappointed I couldn't go with this excellent company.
