A car I bought from this place was faulty from day 1.It was returned after 6 months of battling to get it repaired, a faulty transmission diagnosis by a main dealer indicated a fault being either the clutch mechanism, the clutch control mechanism or the active flywheel. This vehicle was never repaired and after much disagreement a portion of the purchase price refunded. I am disgusted to find this vehicle is now for sale AGAIN, complete with the original fault. I always dread buying cars due to pushy salesmen etc but this was an absolute pleasure. From initial phone call for a used van to coming up from Essex to pick it up was a breeze! (Well worth the 8hr round trip ) Neil is down to earth and a genuinely nice guy. I’d definitely buy again from TTS in the future.
