TTPlunbing, To cut a very long story very short. Tom fitted a new cylinder into my airing cupboard, he broke the pump, which he fitted a new one at a cost of £123. He left one of the joints leaking, he fitted the thermostat to the tank with a piece of tape, which fell off and left me unable to use my hot water because the diverter valve was all gunked up (his words).
