Came for the first time for a mani and pedi. One guy talked me into getting the expensive pedicure package. Not sure why the package was so expensive because the pedicure was just ok. I’m used to pedicures having a super hot towel, nice scrub, and massage that’s memorable. The pedicure I received was none of the above and very basic at most. I’m just not that impressed, I’ve washed my hands like three times now since my appointment and there is still crusty something on my skin. Don’t even get me started about under the nails. Mom got a pedicure and they cut her foot with no acknowledgment that they did it. Felt like going to the super cuts of nail salons. In and out as quick as possible. No soaking, no time to actually look at nail colors, and my technician sort of argued with me when I said I was paying with card.

I had an issue happen during my appointment and it was brought to their attention. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure that I was good. I appreciate how things were handled. I love the work that my nail tech did! I will be back!
