I literally just grew my eyebrows out and they were THICK!! I told this lady to make them look thick not thin — I told her before she started, when she started and I also wrote it down in the paper!! Walked in at 12pm today & didn’t get greeted or nothing Now it’s 1:06 still waiting in the lobby and they have no respect for their customers at all I wish this nail shop would close down in our city we shouldn’t support them
Owner is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t do a good job based on my own experience…..gel polish was peeling off & nails have cracked or started chipping before it was time for a fill in. It looked like a toddler painted my toenails…. polish was all over my toes smh. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
New in town walked in asked tech price of full nail with acrylic he rudely didn't answer walked away again asked how much he got technical saying ",how many fingers u want designs,," told him no just standard nail with acrylic the look on his face was as if he didn't want to be bothered so I walked out Never to return again. How does this Asian manager stay in business? With such a nasty attitude on MLK Ave as well.
