Good afternoon All, I came to TT Nails, and it was the best service I’ve had in a long time. Cindy was very helpful and did my nails with great professionalism. She was very attentive and gentle; she is always kind, and I always leave satisfied. My nails don’t break, the color lasts over 15 days, and they have the right shades. The prices are excellent. Thanks.
I usually do my nails with Will, but I changed him because he lost his attention to customers. The other day I went to get one nail fix, and he completely showed no compassion nor did he cared. When I showed him my nail, he looked like he didn’t care at all and made rudely facial expressions. I felt so hurt because I was only asking for one nail to be fixed. The point is take care of your customers so you don’t lose them. I know I’m not coming back forever.
