Went in today for a simple soak off of gel manicure and pedicure only to leave with major anxiety due to disrespect of one of their male employees. The way that he spoke about me with another employee and in front of other customers was beyond me. Highly do not recommend coming here unless you want to be disrespected and wait three hours.

No wonder this place has a 3.8 stars gave it a try but I shouldn’t have “ I hope you never come back to this nail salon again” said the owner “ to me right now . Not mad , I’m actually disappointed at his costumer service . He didn’t have to state that at the end . He charged me 5$ extra for the length of my nails after he already had said it was 35$ total when I came in. They inflate the prices when it comes time to pay. Obviously, I’m not going to start an argument in front of other customers, but they’ve lost me as a customer. Wasn’t the first time.

I've got nothing but great things to say. Been going here for YEARS. Clean facility and very friendly staff. Love coming in to get pampered.
