These people are very kind and are very sweet people; however, they do not respect your time. So far 4 of my appointments I’ve waited over 20min. This time it was 40min. What’s the point of making appointments when you don’t get seen at that time? I made an appointment 3 days ago and they still pushed me back. I came in with a 1pm appointment and saw my lady finish her client up at 12:58 and watched as another client went and sat in her chair. Now I knew my time was not respected there. I’ve been going here for years and I won’t be going anywhere else. The owner has always been kind, always offers customers drinks, and has a wonderful staff. Trinity, who does my nails, always makes them look better than I could ask for. If you’re looking for someone to do intricate designs I would definitely recommend Trinity- she’s absolutely incredible.
