This joint used to have quality integrity. The latest haircut after coming for years as a loyal client was for my son & this years Passover. They completely botched the job, it was supposed to be a low taper fade & what they did they do. Nothing it was literally uneven cuts on the hair & it didn't even look like they tried or started the jobs, the barber just did a few snips & made me paid upwards of $20+. I went in to get a haircut on my grandmother's funeral and was criticized for not knowing the precise terminology for every hair cutting request and none of what I asked for seemed comprehensible, apparently 1 inch off the top same length with a scissors is not understandable. The barber even stopped and criticized me during haircut in front of the other customers for not knowing what I was talking about but I couldn't understand what he was talking about. I’ve been coming here since 2009 and they have all taken care of me. Great experience with all of them but Tommy is my guy! Professional and always ask how I want my hair and does not disappoint! Have amazing pricing compared to everyone going crazy high and I’m always happy when I leave. Thank you Tommy for always taking care of me!
