I can't speak to the other services provided by this company, and the staff I spoke with were professional and courteous. I was purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler while living about two hours away. The seller arranged the inspection on my behalf, and I believe a miscommunication may have resulted in a safety inspection being performed rather than the prepurchase inspection I had intended.
