Was a little frustrated. When I called about a tire they said only new and had to order it. Had the guy call me back with the total price. When the call was returned promptly I was told one amount, which included mount and balanced, I remember due to the fact I have to get tires often, otherwise I would have specifically asked. We ran up and paid for it. Called this morning it was in and they had time to put it on. Which was great. Take the car up there get everything done and get told it is actually more. The guys at T&T go above the call of duty to help you out! The owner was corresponding with me on his day off, let me leave my car until I could get back to it, and reassured me of its safety. All this was provided for a measly tire install. They had no issues about installing a third-party tire, and were super helpful, friendly and neighborly! I would recommend them for any automotive work you could use, that’s where i’m going from now on.
