Pegie C I didn't actually do business with Mr. Appliance, but when I enter their store for an appointment I was making with the owner, The owner wasn't there at the time, but the employees where very friendly & helpful even though they know I wasn't there to buy I believe the first impression is very lasting, I will def. call upon them when I have a need for appliance parts or service.
T & T was sent out by the store we purchased our dishwasher from to diagnose why the dishwasher door was not opening and distributing detergent. Often we found the detergent sitting on the bottom of the dishwasher basin, or the door not opened at all and the detergent still in the compartment. In short, the technician blamed my wife and I for why the dishwasher would not operate. He began making excuses even before coming to our home.
