Management is good and on top of things for the most part but the apartment complex got roaches that required a bunch of units be taken care of. Disgusting thing to deal with, especially when you are not the one causing the issue, per the exterminator. It was just gross and we had to get rid of a majority of our belongings to make sure they didn't come with use since they were German roaches. The location is also sketchy, one of the tenants next to me got held at knifepoint one night and police had to be called multiple time... read more

Apartment manager and maintenence are very kind! The complex itself is actively being cleaned up and taken care of. Noise varies depending on which building you're in. Theres a fly issue with the enterances during the hotter days. Not had too many issues with them IN the apartment though... I've found neighbors / other tennants to be quite kind as well-- Or at the very least keeping to themselves. I am a little more lenient on how the complex looks but very wary of safety.
