Totally nice until I signed the contract. Condecending staff acted put out when I had a problem with my phone. Treated me like an annoyance. Finally I went to the varneys location in aggieville and they helped me with my problem. I will never set foot in this store again.
Dear T Squared Wireless, I'm writing this to inform you of the bad service I received when I went into the Commons Place location. I recently got a new phone and was NOT pleased at all with the reception of the phone. It was within 15 days so I decided to return the phone and get a different one. I won't mention names but the girl helping me was VERY rude. She switched me to a different phone but I left there mad because she didn't seem to care that I was upset with my service.
