Tyler is AMAZING! He really cares about each individual person. He makes sure you are comfortable and that you know how to correctly execute the exercise using an appropriate weight and proper form. He is knowledgeable and is eager to answer any questions you may have about working out or nutrition. His facility is clean and is a reflection of himself. He takes pride in every aspect of TSF. I am so glad I stumbled upon TSF and made it my new gym home!
Tyler is an amazing trainer! He makes every gym session fun and keeps you motivated and is always encouraging you. He will kick your butt, but I always look forward to going to the gym.
