Wonderful staff and outstanding customer service, and I was able to speak with a technician for some advice prior to the repair. Fairly priced and very quick to get things done! They took the time to explain the work they completed and took photos of the issue and kept my old parts for me. Will not hesitate to recommend this shop and will definitely be back. Wonderful staff, both ladies at the desk were well spoken and great to deal with. Even spoke with the mechanic in the back to explain a few things in more detail, fairly priced and very quick to get things done! They took the time to explain the bill to my girlfriend in a way she could understand as she is not at all a car person. Thank you so much, we highly recommend this shop. Cody.
Super happy with my service from T Squared. They had been highly recommended on a local Facebook group and I can see why. Speaking with Tessa at the front desk I appreciated her customer service, clear enthusiasm for the work, clear breakdowns on the quote provided, the technology they use to help keep records, and the fact that she was willing to explain the part they replaced to me so I got a better understanding of my car. Will happily head back for more maintenance and service in the future. Thanks all!
2 other shops turned down the work as I had a special project. Diagnosed and suggested options very quickly. Quick communication. The cherry on top was they noticed that one part was failing while fixing something else and replaced the faulty part with no labor charge as it was right next to the work being done. I drove 2 hours to bring the vehicle to T Squared. Best shop I've ever been to.
