There is no relaxing music playing while a customer receives services here. The television is in front area of salon. Customers for pedicures cannot view the TV. My service today seemed very fast- really not the best pedicure I have gotten here. My stylist finished and my feet and legs felt the same way as before my pedicure. Please train your crew better.
Came for a walk in pedicure and was told to make an appointment to come back at 10 ( which was 30 mins later) came back at 10 and was told to have a seat. 3 other women were sitting as well. 2 pedicure chairs opened up and the other women were taken. I spoke up to ask how long because i had an appointment at 10 and the lady said 15 to 20 mins more.
