Can't say enough for Travis and his team. Turnaround from call to appointments are typically quick. Fixes are perfect. The above and beyond for me is that I have an explanation of what went wrong, how it was fixed and what to look for in the future. They never get bothered as they work with my questions. They are beyond a top notch A+ service team.
This is down home Maine customer service with a smile. Local business with good techs. Hooked up a new propane tank for me and it was slick and easy. So grateful for such awesome work and such great service! Highly recommended!
We were having some issues with an inherited furnace that hadn’t been serviced in at least 2 years. It was working intermittently with the assistance of my husband - Travis and his colleague ended up having to come over three times in total since the issue was a bit like bobbing for apples. We were just grateful to have someone out here trying to help.
